Belarus is one of the few countries in the post-Soviet space where the state youth policy is systematically implemented on the personal initiative and under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Its formation took place from the first days of the country's independence, and today all the necessary conditions have been created for the comprehensive development of young people, the disclosure of their creative potential and support for youth initiatives.

The main goal of the Youth Union is to create conditions for the effective participation of young people in socio-political and cultural life, as well as the formation of an active life position and the training of personnel for the state system.

Today, the organization unites the most active representatives of the new generation, those who strive to use their strengths and abilities to improve their own lives, the lives of their peers and to build a prosperous Belarus.

BRSM encourages young people to take an active life position, and by creating social elevators, provides young men and women with a wide range of opportunities.

The Youth Union is constantly looking for new forms and ideas, and is open to cooperation with those who are ready to implement joint projects.

The future of Belarus directly depends on proactive young people who are capable of creative thinking and finding worthy answers to the challenges of the time. Over the years of its activity, BRSM has become a serious school of personal and civic development, the main task of which is to form an active life position in young people and train personnel for the entire state system.

The primary organization of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" in the healthcare institution "11th City Clinical Hospital" was created in September 2011.

Many events of an intellectual, creative and sports nature are held. Activists of the primary organization of BRSM also participate in various cultural and mass events of the city and republican level, and seminars and trainings are also organized with the invitation of qualified specialists.

Members of the primary organization of BRSM take an active part in holding state holidays, charity events, dialogue platforms and round tables.

One of the priority areas of work is the volunteer movement, including participation in clean-up days, assistance to war veterans, low-income families, as well as lonely and elderly people, care for children from social shelters, orphans, and assistance to animals in shelters.

The Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus" is 230,000 caring patriots of their country, united in more than 8,700 primary organizations. Our work is based on the clear principles of the presidential strategic course for the development of the country. We are building our future on a solid foundation - patriotism. This is respect for our history, culture and traditions, the spiritual values ​​​​of our people. This is responsibility for our country and its future. "Belaya Rus" helps to unite patriotically minded, responsible and active citizens around common goals and priorities. "Belaya Rus" takes an active part in all electoral campaigns of the Republic of Belarus. This is methodological, organizational, technical, informational assistance to members of our public association participating in the elections; conducting explanatory work with the population, organizing dialogue platforms. "Belaya Rus" stimulates youth initiative. We listen to the opinions of caring young people! Within the framework of the project work, "Belaya Rus" implements educational, explanatory-informational and volunteer functions, is engaged in activities aimed at popularizing the historical and cultural heritage of the Belarusian people, military-patriotic education, and a healthy lifestyle.

We conduct dialogue on an equal footing and strengthen ties with international partners. "Belaya Rus" is a platform for dialogue between representatives of various groups, associations, and parties focused on constructive and progressive development. "Belaya Rus" undertakes to organize monitoring of citizens' requests and interests, as well as communicating their opinions to government agencies through the work of public reception offices, organizing dialogue platforms, and dialogue forums.

The public association "Belarusian Union of Women" (PU "BUW") was created on December 14, 1991. On a voluntary basis, it unites women in structural divisions of organizations created in all regions, districts, cities, in many work collectives and at the place of residence of women. Currently, the union has more than 150 thousand members; there are over 5 thousand primary organizations. The highest body of the Belarusian Union of Women is the conference, which meets at least once every 5 years. In the period between conferences, the permanent governing body is the Board of the PU "BUW", and the executive body is the Presidium of the PU "BUW".

The primary organization of the public association "Belarusian Union of Women" of the healthcare institution "11th City Clinical Hospital" has existed since January 1, 2024.

The activities of the primary organization are aimed at enhancing the role of women in the socio-political, socio-economic and cultural life of the country; promoting the development of moral and spiritual values, preserving cultural traditions; implementation of charitable and humanitarian activities, provision of comprehensive assistance to those in need, women, families and children.
