Hotline

The clinic's hotline is provided for citizens and legal entities to provide information on issues requiring the clinic to take specific response measures within its competence, as well as for citizens and legal entities to receive answers to questions of an informational and consultative nature within the clinic's competence.

The clinic's hotline is organized by phone +375 17 242-44-53 (address: Minsk, Korzhenevskogo St., 4). Working hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 16:45, Friday from 8:00 to 15:30. (lunch from 13:00 to 13:30).

The clinic's hotline attendants fill out a log of requests from citizens and legal entities received on the hotline, resolve issues within their competence, if necessary involving the heads of the clinic's structural divisions.

Reference questions are not subject to registration and accounting.

Heads of structural divisions or persons acting on their duties take emergency measures to resolve questions received on the hotline.

If the request or questions separately posed in the request are not within the competence of the clinic, the citizen or legal entity is explained which body or other organization they need to contact to resolve these issues.

If the received question cannot be resolved by the person on duty at the hotline, a registration and control card of the approved form is filled out and submitted to the head physician or the person acting on his duties.

After review by the head physician of the clinic, the registration and control card is sent to the executor for prompt resolution of the issues in accordance with the resolution.

The registration and control card with a note on the results of the review, the signature of the executor and the materials on the review is returned to the head physician or the person acting on his duties, for a decision to remove the request from control and send it to the case.
