A primary organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers has been created in our hospital. By uniting hospital workers, the trade union organization takes an active part in improving the organization and remuneration of labor, raising the standard of living of hospital workers, increasing the effectiveness of public control in the sphere of social and labor relations, as well as ensuring the right of citizens to health and safe working conditions established by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
