About the department

The operating room is located on the 9th floor of the surgical building. There are 9 operating rooms in the operating department. Scheduled operations are carried out during business hours from 08:00 to 15:30. Emergency surgical procedures are performed around the clock. On weekends and holidays, surgical interventions are carried out according to a pilot project by surgical departments. The surgical department performs high-tech, complex surgical interventions in the department of purulent surgery, Department of Maxillofacial surgery, purulent maxillofacial surgery, traumatology and orthopaedic department, ophthalmology department, purulent department of otorhinoloryngology. Such operations as knee and hip arthroplasty, orthognathic operations in the maxillofacial region, operations to remove benign growths of various localization, plastic surgery, and emergency surgical interventions are performed.

The department was established in 2024. The operating department is equipped with modern medical equipment that allows performing all types of surgical interventions. The surgical department performs high-tech, complex surgical interventions in the department of purulent surgery, Department of Maxillofacial surgery, purulent maxillofacial surgery, traumatology and orthopaedic department, ophthalmology department, purulent department of otorhinoloryngology.
