Rehabilitation Department No. 1 for patients with cardiology profile

Healthcare institutions assigned to the department for referral to hospital:

• outpatient clinics in Minsk;
• specialized regional cardiology centers of Minsk institutions;
• Minsk City Cardiology Center (Engels St., 25);
• Cardiology departments of all clinics in Minsk (with the exception of UZ 4 GKB, RNPC"Cardiology").

Referral of patients to the inpatient stage of rehabilitation is carried out taking into account the rehabilitation potential, medical indications for medical rehabilitation and the absence of medical contraindications to medical rehabilitation.:

• inpatient institutions - after completing a course of intensive treatment and stabilization of vital body functions, medical rehabilitation at the treatment and rehabilitation stage in consultation with the head of the Department of medical rehabilitation;
• outpatient clinics - by decision of the medical advisory commission in consultation with the head of the Department of medical rehabilitation.

The approval is carried out by telephone and (or) by submitting by mail (e-mail, fax) an extract from medical documents (epicrisis), which should contain the following information:

• clinical and functional diagnosis of underlying and concomitant diseases;
• The code of the underlying disease according to the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, tenth revision;
• the objective status of the patient as of the referral date;
• data from laboratory (UAC, OAM, LHC), instrumental and other studies;
• the treatment performed and its results (indicating the therapeutic dose of the basic therapy drugs received by the patient);
• medical rehabilitation measures carried out and their effectiveness;
• rehabilitation potential.

When you are hospitalized, you must have:

• referral to the inpatient rehabilitation stage with the following data: clinical diagnosis: primary, complications, concomitant diseases;
• number and date of the HCV;
• duration of temporary disability, rehabilitation potential;
• an extract from medical documents that includes a full range of examinations according to current clinical protocols for diagnosis and treatment of the main clinical diagnosis (the limitation period for laboratory tests (UAC, OAM, BAC) and ECG is no later than a week, the limitation period for fluorography is no later than b months);
• passport (or other identification document).

The course of medical rehabilitation includes:

• therapeutic physical education (physical therapy) (group classes with an instructor, mechanotherapy, occupational therapy);
• physiotherapy treatment (FTL) (electrotherapy, light and magnetic therapy, heat therapy, magnetolaser therapy, manual massage, etc.);
• HBO sessions;
• medical treatment (for medical reasons);
• work with a psychologist.
