About the department
Location on the hospital grounds – The X-ray department is located in building #2 in the right wing of the third floor and in the left wing of the 1st floor.
The X-ray department has the following rooms: computed tomography room, X-ray room #11, X-ray room #2 Dental, X-ray room #3 CBCT, X-ray room #4 OPG, X-ray room #5.
The X-ray department carries out diagnostic examinations for patients in the hospital's inpatient departments, certain types of examinations:
- cone beam computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses and maxillofacial region;
- orthopantomography;
- targeted dental imaging;
- digital radiography of the peripheral parts of the skeleton, joints in one and two projections;
- digital radiography of the paranasal sinuses, skull bones, pelvic bones, hip joints, sacroiliac joints;
- digital radiography of the spine (all sections) in one, two projections, functional tests;
- digital radiography and fluoroscopy of the chest organs;
- plain radiography of the abdominal cavity, plain urography;
- X-ray examination of the esophagus and stomach, CT examination with contrast enhancement is performed only for those in hospital.
Types of paid medical services provided by the department: X-ray of skeletal bones, CBCT, OPG, targeted dental X-ray.
History of the department
The department was organized in 1938. Since 2023, new types of medical care have appeared. All X-ray diagnostic studies in the department are performed on modern digital devices.
